We always try to respond to requests as quickly and as thoroughly as possible and normally do so within 24 hours during the working week.
Please note that, given the legal requirements of our image distribution services, we require all requests for images to be submitted in writing.
With this in mind, we strongly recommend the use of the request page as this is our preferred option for receiving initial contacts from any interested parties.
